About Our Group
The Nanophotonics Theory Group specializes in advanced theoretical and computational research in nanophotonics, focusing on the optical properties of nanostructured materials and light-matter interactions at subwavelength scales. Key areas of expertise include the development of numerical methods for modeling periodic structures, computational electrodynamics, and the study of metasurfaces, photonic crystal slabs, and diffraction gratings. By combining fundamental theory with computational modeling, the group contributes to the design of novel nanophotonic devices in the framework of collaboration with leading experimental labs in the field of nanophotonics.
